You retain ownership of all content you create within Class Vault, including:

• Class plans

• Notes

• Client information

By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any client information you store is handled appropriately and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Class Vault may offer paid subscriptions.

• Payments are processed through Apple (App Store)

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account

We do not directly handle payment information.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Class Vault running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Class Vault is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Business interruptions

• Any indirect or consequential damages
